The Mariners announced this afternoon that right-hander Ryder Ryan has cleared waivers and been assigned outright to Triple-A. There had been no previous indication that Ryan was on waivers. Mets Claim Penn Murfee From Mariners
The Mariners announced several roster moves this afternoon. Chief among them was the departure of right-hander Penn Murfee, who was claimed off waivers by the Mets.
