The former Zag played in the Windy City from 2011-22 and won a WNBA championship in 2021.

“Chicago is where it all started for me—it’s home, it’s family, and it’s a point guard’s dream. The city, the fans, and the culture here have helped to shape the person I am today. I’m eager to embrace this next chapter, take on the challenge of leading and learning from a really talented young team, and bring my experience back to the place that means so much to me.” – Courtney Vandersloot via Chicago Sky

During her time with Gonzaga from 2007-11, Vandersloot was the first NCAA Division I player with 2,000 points and 1,000 assists. She led the nation in assists per game in the 2009-10 and 2010-11 seasons.
