The battle against the Southeastern Conference foe will take place in the Spokane Arena.

Gonzaga has added a marquee matchup against coach Porter Moser and Oklahoma in the Spokane Arena on November 8th. The Zags have control of the all-time series history, 3-1. The last time these two programs met was in the 2021 NCAA Tournament in which Gonzaga won to move onto the Sweet Sixteen, 87-71.

Out of the Southeastern Conference, the Sooners finished with a 20-14 overall record and loss to the UConn in the first round of the NCAA Tournament this past season.

Many may remember when Oklahoma’s Tiny Gallon shattered the backboard against Gonzaga at the Spokane Arena on New Year’s Eve in 2009. After it was replaced, the Zags would end up losing the matchup to the Sooners, 83-69.

Here is how Gonzaga’s 2025-26 non-conference schedule is looking so far:

Oklahoma (Spokane Arena) – November 8th

Players Era Festival (Las Vegas) – Thanksgiving week

Kentucky (Bridgestone Arena in Nashville) – December 5th

UCLA (Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle) – TBD

Arizona State (Tempe) – TBD

Baylor – Both date and location TBD

The Players Era Festival will have a loaded field consisting of Alabama, Auburn, Baylor, Creighton, Houston, Iowa State, Kansas, Michigan, Notre Dame, Oregon, Rutgers, San Diego State, Saint John’s, Saint Joseph’s, Syracuse, Tennessee, Texas A&M, and UNLV. The MTE will distribute around $24 million to all the participating programs on the men’s and women’s side.
