College GameDay is coming to your city. Or at least, they’re coming to your city if you live in Seattle, Washington.

On Saturday afternoon, ESPN College GameDay announced that next weekend they’ll be taking their show to Husky Stadium in Seattle for the big top 10 showdown between Oregon and Washington.

“SEATTLE, WE ARE COMIN’ TO YOUR CITY. Can’t wait to be in the PNW next week for Oregon vs. Washington,” College GameDay shared in a post on X.

Naturally, ESPN’s Kirk Herbstreit was excited:

“Love this fan base!! Next week will be RIDICULOUS! Can’t wait,” Kirk Herbstreit wrote in a repost.

This Oregon-Washington game might have the biggest implications that it’s had in a good while. With both teams ranking in the top 10, there’s a good chance that the winner will jump into the top six and within striking distance of the College Football Playoff if they keep on winning.

The Pac-12 is having a remarkable season with six teams in the top 20 and the Colorado Buffaloes being one of the biggest draws in all of sports.

It’s ironic that this will be the last season that the conference will exist as it does now, and possibly at all.
