Washington has lost quite a few players to the transfer portal since Kalen DeBoer left for Alabama.

The entire starting offensive line from this season is now gone, along with its top two tight ends, quarterback, top running back, and top wide receiver.

Some have decided to transfer while others have decided to declare for the NFL Draft.

That’s what happens when a coach leaves for another job shortly after leading the program to the national title game.

Washington will have to replace all of this talent next season and it won’t be easy since it will be the school’s first year in the Big Ten. Washington will go from playing its regular Pac-12 schools to playing schools like Iowa, Michigan, and Penn State.

Jedd Fisch has his work cut out for him after he accepted the head-coaching gig. He was the head coach at Arizona for the last three years before taking this job.
