The Huskies and Wolverines will play on Saturday for the fourth time in five years. The Wolverines won in Ann Arbor in a 2021 non-conference game and again in National Championship Game in 2023. Last year, UW hosted Michigan and the Dawgs got revenge with a 27-17 win. None of the previous three matchups have finished within single digits. The game this week looks like it could reverse that trend with both teams entering just outside the top 25 in the AP rankings. The Wolverines still like to run, but are slightly more balanced in their attack with freshman QB Bryce Underwood. They also have a less dominant defense than in recent years. Washington will need a big game from Demond Williams, but fortunately, we know he’s capable of it.
Kickoff at 9:00 AM (!) Seattle time from The Big House.
TV: The game will air as the national Fox Big Noon Kickoff game. Gus Johnson, Joel Klatt, and Jenny Taft will be on the call. You can stream the game on the Fox Sports app.
Radio: The live radio broadcast will air via the Washington Sports Network from Learfield. As usual, Tony Castricone, Cam Cleeland, and Elise Woodward will cover the game, which is available on KJR 93.3 FM, the Huskies GameDay app, or the Varsity app.
Welcome to the game thread and Go Dawgs!
