Washington State’s preparations for the 2021 campaign continued this week in Pullman, splitting time between Rogers Field and GESA Field at Martin Stadium. Key position battles at quarterback and wideout continue to be the main storylines of fall camp as the Cougar offense begins to take shape. Offensive Coordinator Brian Green said in a post-practice interview that he aims to cut down the quarterback competition to two by early next week, modeling the decision timeline of 2020.
On the defensive side of the ball, veteran leaders Jahad Woods, Justus Rogers and Ron Stone Jr. are championing a high energy group that is poised to improve significantly from last season.
With the conclusion of fall camp and remaining practices closed to media, CougCenter exclusive photos will be back on September 4th for the season opener against Utah State. Go Cougs!
