Christian McCaffrey, Dre Greenlaw, Arik Armstead are good to go for Saturday

The 49ers ruled out two players for Saturday’s game against the Seahawks. Quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo (foot) and cornerback Ambry Thomas (ankle) will not play. Neither practiced all week.
