The road to Super Bowl 60 for the Seahawks starts with a home game against the San Francisco 49ers.

The Seattle Seahawks 2025 regular season schedule has been unveiled!

With this season’s Super Bowl set for in Santa Clara, the Seahawks will fittingly be hosting the team that plays their home games in Santa Clara. September 7 will see the San Francisco 49ers, fresh off a sparkling last-placed finish in the NFC West, come into Lumen Field in hopes of winning in Seattle for a fourth consecutive season. New Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold, who was previously with the 49ers in 2023, will look for his second straight win over San Francisco after pulling off a home victory with the Minnesota Vikings last year.

As if that wasn’t enough, the Seahawks’ regular season finale will be in Santa Clara at the 49ers. The last time Seattle closed its regular season at the 49ers was technically 2020 when the game was played in Glendale due to coronavirus pandemic restrictions, otherwise you have to rewind to 2016.

Seattle’s first prime time game will come on a Thursday night against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 4. I know the Seahawks have generally avoided catastrophic injuries at Arizona’s stadium in recent years, but I dare not remind anyone what happened the last time the Seahawks played at Arizona on a short week.

In total, the Seahawks have four prime time appearances, two of which are short-week Thursday games. They’ll host the Los Angeles Rams in Week 16 in addition to the Week 4 trip to Arizona. Their lone Monday night appearance is at home against the Houston Texans as part of a doubleheader, while their Sunday Night Football game is after their bye week versus the Washington Commanders.
