The Seattle Seahawks take on the Cleveland Browns this weekend and will be wearing some of their old throwback uniforms to mark the occasion.
It was announced back in June that the Seahawks would be wearing their throwback uniform, which calls back to the 1990s when the colors were a little bit brighter than they are now.
Ahead of their game against the Browns this Sunday though, the Seahawks are already practicing while wearing them. They’ve even overhauled their website to pay homage to them.
Fans are simply in love with the Seahawks’ throwback uniform. Many are saying that it might be the best throwback uniform in the entire league:
In a season filled with some incredible throwback uniforms (Kelly Green, Creamsicle, Oilers, Falcons, Vikings) it is quite possible that the Seahawks have the best of the whole bunch.

Success was hard to come by for the Seahawks during their throwback days though. They made the playoffs a grand total of five times in their first 26 seasons before switching to the jerseys they have now.
The 1990s were downright dreadful as the team enjoyed only two winning seasons and one playoff before the turn of the century.
Fans may be fond of the old uniforms, but they’re probably not quite as fond of what the team did while wearing them.
