Sunday the Seattle Seahawks ended their losing streak by obliterating the Jacksonville Jaguars to head into the bye week on a high note. Now that they’re on the bye week, it appears Wilson is ready to keep things on a high note going forward, in particular when it comes to the recovery of his surgically repaired middle finger.

So, the pin is out and now it becomes a matter of determining if the finger has healed sufficiently to allow Wilson to take the field in thirteen days against Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers. The Seahawks currently sit at 3-5, but with very winnable games remaining against the Houston Texans, Detroit Lions Chicago Bears, the Washington Football Team and the San Francisco 49ers, the Hawks hold a very realistic shot at making the Wild Card. Currently sitting just a game out of the final playoff spot in the NFC with ten games to go, the 2021 season is far from over.
