Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Cade Johnson seems to be doing well after he got concussed during Thursday night’s preseason game against the Minnesota Vikings.
Johnson suffered a concussion during the second quarter when he got tackled on a kickoff return. It resulted in him being taken off the field on a stretcher before he was transported to Seattle’s Harborview Medical Center for further evaluation.
He ended up being alright and is thankful for everyone’s support.
“Thanks for all the Prayers,” Johnson tweeted.

Johnson has been with the organization since 2021 after he was signed as an undrafted free agent. He’s spent most of his time on the practice squad but did appear in three games last year, finishing with two receptions for 21 yards.
He then had three receptions for 39 yards in Seattle’s lone playoff game this past season.
Here’s to a speedy recovery for the former South Dakota State product.
