Earlier Thursday reports emerged that the Seattle Seahawks were set to bring back wide receiver Darece Roberson, who they had waived on Tuesday. Obviously, any move to add a player to the 90-man roster requires making room on the roster, and the team has now announced the corresponding move to make room for Roberson.

Most of the conversation surrounding the outside corner position this offseason has revolved around the more familiar names: Ahkello Witherspoon, D.J. Reed, Tre Flowers, Tre Brown, Damarious Randall, Pierre Desir and others. However, Bryan Mills was an undrafted free agent out of North Carolina Central who was signed by the team this past spring and had also been involved in the conversation.

Most fans were likely completely unfamiliar with Mills, if they even recognize the name. Having played his college ball at North Carolina Central, he was obviously a longshot to make the final 53 man roster. That said, many Seahawks fans have probably seen him in action without even realizing it, as he is one of the cornerbacks that fellow undrafted free agent Cade Johnson embarrassed in one-on-one drills at the Senior Bowl earlier this year.
