Eskridge is a former second-round pick by the Seahawks in the 2021 NFL Draft. He’s appeared in 20 games in his first two seasons in the league, totaling 17 receptions for 122 yards and one touchdown.
He was touted as a breakout candidate heading into this season as he’s projected to be the WR3 behind D.K. Metcalf and Tyler Lockett. That will now have to be put on hold as he misses the first month and a half of this season.
The Seahawks are set to start the preseason next Thursday (Aug. 10) against the Minnesota Vikings.
They’ll then kick off the regular season on Sept. 10 against the Los Angeles Rams.
