The Kraken named consultant and professional scout Andrew Allen as its first goaltending coach on Dave Hakstol’s staff, a position he’d previously held with the Buffalo Sabres. The team also named former NHL coach Dan Bylsma an assistant with its AHL affiliate in Charlotte.
